ABOUT ME

STEPHEN THAYER

Stephen Thayer is a certified personal trainer and group fitness coach. He is passionate about helping people of all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities reach their goals. Stephen knows that every person he trains is different - both physically and mentally - so he tailors his approach accordingly. It's not about teaching his clients how to exercise; it's about teaching them how to be healthy!

 

Stephen's professional experience includes working with clients at all stages of their fitness journey; from the mom looking to have some time to herself and get in shape; to athletes preparing for competition; to individuals looking to lose weight, gain strength, improve balance, prevent falls, or just get moving.

 

Stephen’s experience on the football field is what taught him what it takes to succeed through hard work and dedication and earned him the titles of All-American, Team MVP and a spot in the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame. His goal is to help every single one of his clients meet their own personal goals by teaching them how to fight through the adversity and realize their true potential. A healthy lifestyle is attainable for anyone who is wiling to work for it!
